Herbal Pregnancy Tea--Drink a Quart a day

2 parts red raspberry
2 parts alfalfa
1 part nettles
1 part oatstraw
OPTIONAL ADD: 1 part rosehips, 1 part spearmint or peppermint or 1 part lemon balm
Mix all the above
for a great pregnancy tea. Drink one quart a day. Add any sweetener you would like. Drink hot or cold..
add other teabags to enhance flavor.
To make tea:
Boil a quart of water.. turn off and add
a slight more 1/2 cup of herbs. Let it steep for 30 mins. Strain and enjoy!!!!
