Aromatherapy to Use during pregnancy

STIMULATING BATH: rosemary,clove, lemon neroli,geranium BALANCING
BATH: lavender, sandalwood,ylang ylang RELAXING BATH: Chamomile, mellissa, lavendar,rose, MOON BATH: Myrrh,
sandalwood, lily
Serenity: snadalwood, lavender, gardenia
Lavender:
relaxes both the nervous system and the muscular system, encouraging a peaceful disposition Orange: cheerful, uplifting,
refreshing Bergamot: used to treat depression as a mental stimulant

Herbal Pregnancy Tea--Drink a Quart
a day

2 parts Alfalfa 1 part Oatstraw 2 parts Red Raspberry Leaf 1 part Nettles 1/2 part rosehips
Mix all the above for a
great pregnancy tea. Drink one quart a day. Add any sweetene you would like. Drink hot or cold.. add other teabags to
enhance flavor. To make tea: Boil a quart of water.. turn off and add a slight more 1/2 cu of herbs. Let
it steep for 30 mins. Strain and enjoy!!!! The whole family can drink this tea :)
